These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website and services provided by IDES24 (Winim GmbH), in particular the SAP solutions and training courses.

By using our website and services, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use our website and services.

1. scope of application and contractual partners

These Terms of Use apply to all contractual relationships between IDES24 (Winim GmbH), Unnenberger Str. 5, 51709 Marienheide, Germany (hereinafter "Provider") and companies, legal entities or partnerships with legal capacity (hereinafter "Customer").

2. use of the website and services

2.1 Access restrictions

- The customer is obliged to treat the access data confidentially and to protect it from unauthorized use.

- Any transfer, sublicensing or commercial use of the access data by third parties is prohibited.

2.2 Provision of SAP access and training

- Access to SAP environments is exclusively for training and development purposes.

- The provider does not make any operational SAP systems available for productive use.

- The provider accepts no responsibility for loss of data or system failures.

2.3 Prohibited activities

The customer is prohibited from doing so:

- bypass security measures or manipulate access to the system.

- pass on access data or make SAP access available to several people.

- VPN, proxy servers or other anonymization tools to circumvent access restrictions.

- Using the SAP system for illegal purposes.

A breach of these provisions may lead to immediate blocking of access without any right to reimbursement.

3. contract term and termination

- Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions are automatically extended by the agreed term.

- Notice of termination must be given in writing at least 3 days before the end of the current contract term.

- The provider reserves the right to block the customer's access in the event of repeated breaches of contract.

4 Terms of payment and price adjustments

- All prices are subject to VAT at the statutory rate.

- Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

- The provider reserves the right to adjust prices after giving 30 days' notice.

5 Exclusion of liability and warranty

- The services are provided "as is" and without warranty.

- The provider accepts no liability for system failures, loss of data or economic damage resulting from the use of the services.

- Liability is limited to the contractually agreed price of the service concerned.

6. data protection and confidentiality

- The processing of personal data takes place exclusively in accordance with the privacy policy.

- The customer is obliged not to disclose confidential information about the system and the services to third parties.

7. changes to the terms of use

- The provider reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time.

- Changes come into force 30 days after publication on the website.

8. final provisions

- German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Hagen, Germany.

- Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
