By using our website, you agree to comply with and accept the following terms of use. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not view any information or purchase any goods or products from this website.

  1. Acceptance of the Agreement
    You agree to the terms of use described in this Agreement in relation to our website, products and services (the "Website"). You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Website and to enter into this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Website, the content, products or services provided through the Website, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time without specific notice to you. The most current version of the Agreement will be posted on the Website, and you should review this Agreement before using the Website.

    The content, design, layout and other aspects of the Website are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights). The copying, redistribution, use or publication of such content or parts of the Website by you is strictly prohibited, except as permitted in Section 4. You do not acquire any ownership rights in any content, documents or other materials viewed through the Website. The posting of any information or materials on the Website does not constitute a waiver of any rights in such information and materials.

    Ides24 and the Ides24 logo are registered or unregistered trademarks and/or service marks of Massier Consulting GmbH and are protected by German and international trademark and service mark laws. All other names, brands, logos, etc. are registered trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.

  4. Limited Right of Use
    Viewing, printing or downloading Content, graphics, forms or documents from the Site grants you only a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for your personal use and not for publication, redistribution, transmission, sublicense, sale, creation of derivative works or other use. No part of the content, forms or documents may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, except for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).

  5. Editing, deletion and modification
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit or delete documents, information or other content on the Website, including but not limited to these Terms of Use.

  6. SAP access, training and other subscriptions
    Our SAP access, training and other subscriptions are subject to the following terms and conditions:

    • Access to our SAP system is only permitted for personal educational purposes. Commercial activities are not permitted with our public SAP remote accesses.

    • You may not copy, pass on or sell any information that you receive in connection with the purchase of our products and services.

    • We do not provide refunds for unused portions of SAP access packages or other subscriptions.

    • SAP remote accounts, training subscriptions, login credentials, and any other materials you receive in connection with your account may not be shared between individuals. All user IDs are intended for access by a single user only and cannot be transferred once started.

    • SAP training courses can be accessed from up to 2 computers (i.e. a work computer and a home/laptop computer) to prevent unauthorized access. Pre-authorizations for each computer are required before training courses can be accessed. Your computer must accept cookies in order to be authorized. Do not delete or move these cookies as this will invalidate your authorization. All authorizations are subject to review and approval by [company name].

    • The unlimited annual SAP training purchase is valid for 1 year (or as determined by your company training administrator) and automatically expires at the end of the one-year period.

    • Any activities aimed at circumventing existing security measures or destructive activities that negatively impact system performance, stability or reliability will result in immediate account termination without refund of unused portions of access.

    • Access to our website via mobile devices, VPN, proxy servers or similar is not permitted and will result in your account being blocked.

    • Access to certain SAP transactions, such as user administration, security & authorizations, ABAP Workbench and system administration, is restricted.

    • We do not provide desktop, configuration and/or OSS hint support as part of our SAP access subscriptions.

    • All subscriptions are automatically renewed until canceled. Cancellations must be received in our office 3 days prior to renewal - we cannot cancel subscriptions retroactively. To cancel, simply send us an email. If you do not want your subscription to be automatically renewed, send us an email. Refunds will be issued less any transaction fees charged by the processor.

    • IDES24 monitors, tracks and records all user access and usage patterns and reserves the right to revoke access rights at any time with or without notice.

    • Company training or consulting credits and other prepaid services or products expire 1 year after purchase.

    • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: You can try our products and services for 10 days - if you don't like them, just let us know within the first 10 days and we'll refund the purchase price, minus processing fees, to your account. Note: We cannot issue refunds after 10 days or for training courses that you have started and completed individual lessons. Also, there are no refunds for corporate products and services (such as corporate training subscriptions or dedicated SAP access subscriptions).

    • Violations of these Terms of Use may result in immediate loss of access rights without notice and without refund of the unused portion of the access.

    • Prices for subscriptions are subject to change.

  7. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, employees and affiliates (collectively, "Related Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of this Agreement or use of the Site.

  8. Non-transferable
    Your right to use the Website is non-transferable. Any password or right to receive information or documents given to you is non-transferable.

  9. Exclusion of liability and limitations

    The information from or through the Site is provided "as is", "as available", and all express or implied warranties are disclaimed (including, but not limited to, the disclaimer of implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). The information and services may contain errors, problems or other limitations. We and our related parties shall have no liability whatsoever for your use of any information or services. In particular, but not by way of limitation, we and our related parties shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, litigation or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The negation of damages set out above are essential elements of the basis of the agreement between us and you. This website and the information would not be provided without such limitations. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us through the Site shall create any warranty, representation or guarantee not expressly stated in this Agreement.

    All responsibility or liability for damage caused by viruses in the electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed. We shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind arising out of the use of or inability to use our website. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for goods, services or information.

    We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to use and associate any information about your use of the Site and any information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  11. Privacy policy

    The information you provide to us via the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy. Your decision to use the Website indicates your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and other sensitive information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your user account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your user account by sending an email to info@ides24.de. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party due to unauthorized access and/or use of your User Account. Our Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time and forms part of this Agreement.

    Access to the Site is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is designed to define the intended and acceptable use of our products and services and to prevent abuse, fraud and misuse of our subscription plans and features. Fair use of our products and services means that you use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the guidelines described in these Terms of Use. Our Acceptable Use Policy may be amended from time to time and forms part of this Agreement.

  13. Payments

    You represent and warrant that if you purchase anything from us, (i) all credit information you provide is true and complete, (ii) the charges you incur will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges you incur at the prices quoted, including all applicable taxes.

  14. Links to other websites

    The Website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed on such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. The inclusion of any linked website on our website does not imply endorsement or sponsorship of the linked website by us. If you decide to leave our website and access these third party websites, you do so at your own risk.
